Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of LeadsIn, the Chrome extension and related website provided by Leadsin.
1. Acceptance Of Terms
By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using LeadsIn, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use LeadsIn.
LeadsIn is intended for business users who are able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone using LeadsIn under your license follows these Terms.
2. What LeadsIn Provides
LeadsIn is a Chrome extension for local outbound workflows. Depending on your configuration, it may provide Google Maps lead extraction, campaign management, lead scoring, AI research, AI email drafting, CSV import, quick email, email sending, follow-up scheduling, deliverability checks, provider activity sync, suppression handling, exports, and backups.
Features may change, improve, be renamed, or be discontinued over time as the product evolves, provider APIs change, or platform requirements change.
3. License, Pricing, And Updates
LeadsIn is sold as a digital product through the checkout page shown at purchase, currently Gumroad for the early access offer. The launch offer listed on the website is $99 for the first 50 users, then $149 lifetime listed price. Pricing, availability, taxes, fees, and checkout terms may vary by purchase page and jurisdiction.
A lifetime license means a license to use the version of LeadsIn made available under the purchased plan, subject to these Terms. The launch offer includes one year of updates. After the included update period, we may provide additional updates, paid upgrades, maintenance plans, or compatibility releases at our discretion.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, or distribute your license key. We may disable licenses used for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, excessive sharing, or violation of these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LeadsIn to:
- Send spam, deceptive messages, phishing, malware, harassment, or unlawful outreach.
- Ignore unsubscribe, suppression, complaint, bounce, or do-not-contact requests.
- Violate email laws, privacy laws, consumer protection laws, platform terms, or third-party provider rules.
- Scrape, collect, or process data where you do not have the right to do so.
- Interfere with Google Maps, Chrome, AI providers, email providers, or other services.
- Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute LeadsIn except as allowed by law.
- Bypass license checks, rate limits, safety controls, duplicate-send controls, or review workflows.
5. Your Compliance Responsibility
LeadsIn gives you tools, but you control what data you collect, what prompts you send to AI providers, what email providers you connect, who you email, and what messages you send. You are solely responsible for ensuring your campaigns comply with all applicable laws and provider terms.
You should verify lead data, review AI drafts, use truthful subject lines, identify yourself correctly, include required physical address or unsubscribe language where applicable, and honor opt-out requests promptly.
6. Third-Party Services
LeadsIn can connect to third-party services such as AI providers, Plunk, Resend, Mailgun, private relays, SMTP/IMAP mailboxes, Gumroad, and support tools. These services are not controlled by Leadsin.
You are responsible for your accounts, API keys, usage costs, rate limits, provider terms, deliverability, DNS records, domain verification, and any data you send to those providers. Leadsin is not responsible for outages, errors, price changes, suspensions, data practices, or policy decisions by third-party services.
7. AI Output And Research
AI-generated drafts, research summaries, scores, lead types, and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific recipient. You must review AI output before relying on it or sending it.
LeadsIn does not guarantee that AI-generated copy will produce replies, sales, revenue, inbox placement, or legal compliance.
8. Data, Backups, And Deletion
Most workspace data is stored in your browser's Chrome extension storage. You are responsible for backing up important data using available export or backup tools and for protecting exported files.
Deleting the extension, clearing browser data, changing Chrome profiles, or removing storage can delete local LeadsIn data. We are not responsible for local data loss caused by device issues, browser actions, extension removal, provider errors, or user deletion.
9. Support
Support is provided through support@leadsin.im. We try to help with setup, product issues, and reasonable troubleshooting, but we do not guarantee response times, deliverability outcomes, custom implementation, legal advice, or third-party provider support.
10. Payments And Refunds
Payments are processed by the checkout provider shown at purchase. Refund eligibility, taxes, receipts, and charge processing may be handled by that provider and the purchase page terms. Contact support@leadsin.im for product support or purchase questions.
Chargebacks, fraud, license sharing, or abuse may result in license suspension.
11. Intellectual Property
LeadsIn, the website, extension code, design, branding, documentation, workflows, and related materials are owned by Leadsin or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
You retain ownership of your lead lists, company profile, prompts, drafts, exports, and other content you create or import, subject to any rights required for LeadsIn and connected providers to process that content for the features you use.
12. Disclaimers
LeadsIn is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadsin disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, deliverability, inbox placement, sales results, and compatibility with every website, provider, or browser version.
Lead extraction may stop working if Google Maps, Chrome, provider APIs, or website layouts change. Email delivery depends on your provider, sender reputation, DNS, content, recipient systems, and recipient behavior.
13. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadsin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, email deliverability issues, provider suspensions, or legal claims arising from your outreach campaigns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadsin's total liability for any claim related to LeadsIn will not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months before the claim.
14. Suspension And Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to LeadsIn, license validation, updates, support, or related services if you violate these Terms, abuse the product, infringe rights, attempt to bypass licensing, create security risk, or use LeadsIn unlawfully.
15. Changes To Terms
We may update these Terms as the product, business, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will show a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
